Affirmative Prayer

Spiritual healing is based on rediscovering truth and finding inner peace, that special contact with God or Divine Intelligence that is always there, but may be temporarily hidden from view. In Religious Science we believe that the presence of Divine Intelligence is always there, so grace and joy unfold in life in proportion to our recognition and acceptance of it.

Affirmative prayer is not faith healing or a get-rich-quick scheme. Affirmative prayer recognizes that Divine Intelligence is all-knowing, all powerful, and everywhere present, and It responds to us.

The Science of Mind® teaches how to discover the strength, power and courage that is inherent within each of us. In part we do this by learning how to listen to our own inner teacher, use the power of affirmative prayer, and study Universal Principles for successful living.
